I Got Ghonorrhea on the Internet

Sex and STD's are rampant among teenagers and the problem is skyrocketing after the election of Barack "kids will do it anyway" Obama.

With the message that they are EXPECTED to have sex hammered home by politicians,  in school, in the news, in music videos and on TV, is it any wonder that kids are taking adults up on their word and DOING IT?  If you mention "abstinence" in mixed company, you can expect to see eyes rolling and hear scornful "tsk tsk" sounds from those who think that MTV has their childrens' best interests at heart when videos implore them to behave like animals in heat. The suggestion that teaching morals might have an impact on teen sexuality is absurd in their eyes.

So when the totally expected happens and teens become pregnant, get STD's and have emotional crises when society forces into sexual activity, the eye rollers and tsk tskers will come up with something... ANYTHING to pin the blame on, except the culprit: promiscuity.

In England they are blaming Facebook for the rise in STD's. I've never heard of an STD getting transmitted through a modem, keyboard, or mouse, but hey... I'm not a doctor. Maybe it's true. However, I strongly suspect that the actual proximate cause of the rise in STD's among teens in England is.... teens having promiscuous sex. No, it's not dancing, rock and roll music, the radio, cars, telephones, or the internet, although they have all been blamed for teenage promiscuity at one time or another.

I know.. I know... I'm not a cosmopolitan elitist academic. My ideas aren't clarified and refined by recreational drug use and long sessions at Starbucks reading the New York Times and discussing the brilliance of Noam Chomsky and Hugo Chavez. But I'm thinking in my knuckle-dragging way that endorsing teen sex as inevitable and natural might lead to... more teen sex. Call me a rube. I know.... And I won't even SUGGEST that maybe teaching morality and abstinence might reduce those numbers... I don't want to strain all those eyeballs by forcing them to roll around in their sockets.

Dems Admit: Obama is the Manchurian Candidate

Well, well, well..... talking heads like Al Sharpton are openly and proudly claiming that Obama is and always was a socialist, so America should not be surprised that he wants to destroy the free market and change the nation into a Marxist state. What those Democrat taking heads want us to forget is that Obama specifically said he was a firm FREE MARKET CAPITALIST, and criticized then-candidate Hillary Clinton for being too socialistic in her proposed policies. So.... they are freely and openly admitting that Obama lied to the voters in order to get elected. Lied in a BIG, BIG way. Claiming to belong to one set of political ideologies while actively hiding the fact that he held the EXACT OPPOSITE political ideology. Hiding it because he knew that his TRUE ideology would be rejected at the polls. There is a term for that: Manchruian Candidate.

Is Israel Waterboarding Gaza?

World Water Day, like so many UN-sponsored events and organizations, has been usurped by extremist Muslim elements and converted into an effort entirely directed against Israel. The event would seem to have been tailored to highlight the accomplishments of Israel in the arena of water conservation and the advancement and use of potable water technology. Israel, after all, has turned a desert wasteland into a green oasis of agriculture which exports more fruit than any nation on earth. Despite this, the clean water movement has been tainted by the unrelenting hatred issuing from the point source of evil in the world today: Islam.

The human wasteland which is Gaza has produced a terrorist government which has rightly and wisely been isolated by its neighbors, Egypt and Israel. Both nations have been ruthlessly attacked by the Iran-backed terrorist organization Hamas, which has fired thousands of rockets into Israel from Gaza. The isolation and suffering which Hamas has brought upon Gaza is unprecedented, even for that wretched parcel of land, which for decades has been deliberately kept in poverty by successive Palestinian governments for purely political reasons. Used as pawns in a propaganda battle, the residents of Gaza are forced to live in "refugee camps" that are 50 years old.  Nowhere have "refugees" been housed deliberately in temporary quarters for 50 years. These people are deliberately kept in gut-wrenching poverty by their Arab overlords, not by Israel. The amount of funding that flows into Gaza is staggering. Not even the wealthiest American cities enjoy a per-capita wealth equal to the people of Gaza - if you would distribute the moneys donated to them.

For the billions of dollars flowing annually into Gaza, it's citizens should have champagne piped into each home. As it is, the murderous policies of Hamas prevents funds from being spent on potable water, and ensures restrictive embargoes which might otherwise provide outside efforts to help the matter. That fact of those embargoes is the fault entirely of Hamas, not of the nations which rightly observe them. the people of Gaza have chosen to elect Hamas as their representative government, and they are suffering the direct results of that choice.

Congress More Broken than Health Care

The tyrannical process of forcing nation-transforming legislation through not one but BOTH houses of Congress without a vote, using procedural trickery, and against overwhelming public opinion, will go down in history as one of the most ignominious episodes in American democracy.

Move over, Tea Pot Dome.

Boss Tweed, take a back seat.

Watergate is a cheap wanna-be in comparison.

The Petticoat Affair is mere fluff.

The Slaughter of Health Care in 2010 will go down as one of the most nefarious political schemes ever.

Health care is fine. Congress is the only thing broken around here.

Democrats Claim Majority Support Bill

In a CBS television interview Friday morning, House majority leader Steny Hoyer claimed that the Wall Street Journal released a poll stating that a majority of Americans support the health care bill before Congress.

There is just one problem with Hoyer's claim: It's a lie.

A thorough search of the WSJ reveals consistent patterns of lack of public support for the bill, the process, and the legislators who are raping the Constitution in order to shoehorn it through. On the day of Hoyer's claim, there was one major article mention of a WSJ poll. It's salient point is one Hoyer should keep in mind when it comes time to renew his D.C. lease:

"Journal/NBC News pollsters posed this hypothetical: If there were a line on the ballot that would allow you to defeat and replace every single member of Congress, including your own representative, would you do it? Fully half of the respondents said they would."

Obamas IRS Nazis Kicking Down Doors

When Obama hired thousands of new IRS Stormtroopers to twist the arms of the American taxpayer, you knew it was going to happen: A blitz of IRS thugs kicking down doors and threatening American citizens with guns over pennies.

Literally pennies.

IRS Comes Knocking … for Four Cents

Agents Show up at Sacramento Car Wash with Remarkably Small Bill

Government is the religion of the left, and God's presence on Earth is manifest in the IRS.

Look Into the Future of Gov't Care

If you want to peer into the future of America, just look to the train wreck that is the British socialist system.

In England, the government assumes financial responsibility everyone from cradle to grave, and the system is in a constant state of "emergency" fix. Year after year after year, they "patch" the system to keep it going. until they have reached the logical end: The system is nothing BUT patches. Saving the SYSTEM is now the goal, not saving the person.

Now, the government is denying care to an ever larger mass of citizens as it faces the necessity of rationing. Having gone full circle, the Brits now have large portions of the population who are not covered. It was precisely this state which was so unacceptable in the past, that they put socialist schemes in place. Only now, the people who are paying for the system are the ones denied care, and those who contribute nothing get all of the care.

The weak shall survive by draining the lifeblood of the fit. And when the fit become weakened by the constant load on its shoulders? Another patch! Shift the burden to an ever-smaller portion of people, until the burden crushes the economy. Until only a fool would dare get a job for fear of being penalized and tasked to carry everyone else.

Dodd's Fix: Stop Loans to Deadbeats

Democrats have been maintaining with a straight face that Republican deregulation of banks lead to the current financial disaster, while history shows that in fact Republicans called for tighter regulation and were opposed by Barney Frank and his goons at ACORN.

In blackmailing banks  to give out loans to people who could not pay them back, Democrats displayed an astounding lack of concern for the security of our economy.

Now, Democrat Chris Dodd is footing a bill that will prevent the problem form happening again. Oddly enough, the net effect of the fix is to force banks to limit who they give loans to. Odd, considering they loudly and angrily deny that was the problem to begin with. Odd considering Barney Frank and many liberals insist the way to "fix" the problem is to give out even MORE bad loans.

If you doctor insists you don't have an infection, and then prescribes an antibiotic.....

State Dept.: Obama is Ruler of Mexico

The day after appearing to be confused about who runs the nation of Israel, the Obama administration appears also to confused about who runs the nation of Mexico. Apparently, according to Obama's State Department, THEY run both countries.

After an American consular officer's wife was gunned down in Juarez, Mexico, a State Department official said in a news conference that, "we are determined to restore the rule of law in Mexico." This after State declared that Israel was in "defiance" of State department orders for building homes in their own capitol.

I'm wondering about the mechanics of that pledge to restore the rule of law to Mexico. Just how is the U.S. State department going to accomplish this? Send in the Marines? Is Obama going to solve the problem by giving a speech? Is the Senate going to include annexation of Mexico in the Health Care reconciliation bill? They have everything else jammed in it.

Just what jurisdiction does Obama have in Mexico, anyway? We know he runs the nation of Israel. At least he says he does.

Is the average Mexican citizen going to sit idly by as Obama performs a coup in Mexico City? Will he have to wear a silly "generalisimo" uniform? Given that he changed religions from Islam to conform to the majority Christian religion in the U.S., does this mean he will now convert to Catholicism to conform to the majority religion in Mexico?

Such a simple statement of authority raises so many complicated questions..... perhaps this is the logical result of electing a child to run a country.

Judas Grew Tired of Jesus the Fraud

According to the Discovery Channel, in a show intended as a deliberate slap in the face of Christians,  Judas' betrayal of Jesus Christ was the reasonable act of a man who grew tired of Jesus' fraudulent "messiah" scheme.

Paraphrasing: "It is entirely understandable that at least one of the twelve apostles would grow tired of the fraud perpetrated by this false Messiah, who made a lot of absurd promises and failed to deliver on any of them."

Meanwhile, they feel it is entirely reasonable justified to make "offending Islam" a crime punishable by death.

Coffee Party: "We Love Castro!!"

Today's DNC-organized "Coffee Parties," initially billed as protests, had little to do with protest and a lot to do with smug, kum-by-esque  "I love the government more than you do" cheerleading contests.

Calling for a rubber-stamp Congress and more federal government involvement in the lives of average Americans, the "Coffee Clatch Commiserate Party" (CCCP) had no trappings at all of protest, and all the earmarks of one of Fidel Castro's pro-government rallies.  This group of gray-haired, has-been hippies haven't felt such bon ami with "the man" since the National Guard saved their lives at Wood Stock as they ran naked and high on drugs through muddy lakes of their own feces and urine.

One of the more laughable nutty nuggets of the group-hug here in Portland was a Janeane Garofalo-looking angry lesbian who loudly and angrily demanded an end to loud and angry debate. She would appear to belong to the school of thought that feels that yelling angrily is the best way to oppose angry yelling. Their newfound desire to defend the ideals of all-powerful government is straight from the Twilight Zone.

This same group just two years ago was hysterically accusing the United States of being the most racist country on the planet. They wept openly at the mere thought of government intrusion into the phone calls of foreign terrorists. Now these latte-lapping liberals proclaim as their group's founding principle: "The government is not the enemy, but the expression of our collective will."

Funny they didn't feel that way when nearly 80% of Americans demanded we invade Iraq.

Speaking of "collective will," it is the "collective will" of the people of the United States that our representatives reject socialized medicine. It seems collective will is a good thing for these Castro Cuddlers right up until it runs counter to THEIR will, then it becomes a reason to scream bloody murder and demand minority rule.

CNN just doesn't get it

In an angry response to a trend in the media to honor heroes who serve in our military, CNN began, in about 2007, to counter with their own version of what a hero is: Teachers, war protesters, community activists, teachers, gay agenda advocates, teachers, government bureaucrats, and teachers. Did I mention teachers?

Beginning with 2008, they began their "Heroes of the Year" program that took nominations from CNN viewers. Since then, there has been a notable absence from their list of "heroes:" Soldiers who put their lives on the live for their country. Their categories are pre-defined, and specifically exclude active duty military.

Their most recent nomination is a man who deserves to be praised, but his selection highlights the fact that CNN just doesn't get it. The man they chose as their newest nominee is Dan Wallrath. Dan is so inspired by true heroes - soldiers who have been disabled in action -  that he builds houses for them. For free. Rather than worship his heroes silently and from afar, he channels his feeling of debt to these heroes into positive action. For this, he could also be viewed as a hero. CNN, in choosing him as a hero of the week, could do a lot worse, that is for sure. But, their choice puts a spotlight on their deliberately myopic view of what a hero is.

Dan Wallrath knows what a hero is. He knows who his heroes are. Our active duty soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines. The very people whom CNN has banned from the nomination process.

Dan Wallrath is a hero for recognizing as his heroes the very people whom CNN disdains.

The list of who they will accept as nominees for hero status include community activists, environmental activists, equal rights activists..... did I mention teachers? I had a lot of teachers n my life. We all did. A bunch of them were really good teachers. Not one of them was a hero for being a teacher. Not a single one. Teachers are just another in a long list of paid government workers who put in time and collect their paycheck. Not a single one of them rates a "1" the hero scale. Don't get me wrong - I like teachers fine. I also like the cooks that flip my hamburger. They provide a very necessary service. But "hero?" No.

Give me your lowliest latrine-scrubbing PFC, and he will rate higher on the hero scale than every teacher in America combined.

I think Dan Wallrath would agree. He's a hero, but I bet he's embarrassed that he is being recognized above the brave men and women he has dedicated himself to serving.

Push-me Pull-you Politics

Obama's fantasmic taxation policies are an economic push-me pull-you.

At once, he is lurching here.... sprinting over there... and pulling hard down there... all to conflicting ends.

His latest absurd spasm of action is another non-sequitur. It neither connects to where he has been, nor does it lead to where he claims to be going.

Obama Touts Effort to Double U.S. Exports

President Outlines Five Year Plan in Speech to Export-Import Bank conference, but Doubts Persist

(AP)  President Barack Obama sought Thursday to put some detail behind his lofty drive to double U.S. exports over the next five years, calling the effort imperative to putting people back to work. But doubts remain about how many net jobs his trade agenda will create - and how he will get it done.

Obama's fantasmic taxation policies are an economic push-me pull-you.
